The end of your sessions can be for many reasons - You may feel the issue that brought you to counselling has been resolved, or you may feel you would like a break to process and reflect on the work we have done before moving forward again. 

You are in control of your sessions and you decide when you would like to finish therapy. We will reassess every six weeks, this is an opportunity to discuss how therapy is going and take some time to think about if you would like to continue.

I do not require a notice period nor demand you be contracted to so many sessions, we  work at your pace and to your needs.
